We were very fortunate that someone put us in touch with Don and Nancy. They have been in the Naples area for a long time and know the area well. They helped us pick the community and the lot where we built our home. Don gained our trust very early when we selected a lot. He knew we would not be happy with the lot, once we saw how our completed house would butt up against the rear of the completed home on the adjacent corner lot. Although he could have closed a sale earlier, he discouraged us from proceeding and continued the process until we found a much better lot. He gave excellent advice during the design of the house, recommending and selecting an inspection firm, title lawyer, insurance agent, etc. There may brokers that are as good, but I don’t think you can find better.

We purchased a beautiful new (to us) condo in Lighthouse Bay. Although we were familiar with Lighthouse Bay and the general floor plan of our unit, we actually made the offer sight unseen. We showed up the day before closing for the walk through were actually surprised to see we had not been over sold and if anything the unit was better than expected. He provided all the information he (we) needed to purchase; inspect the home; negotiate the purchase; and close the deal.
